Note: This type of service does not include Actual
Day Coordination Services, meetings with suppliers, church and
legal requirements legwork, and venue inspections.
II.
ACTUAL DAY
COORDINATION SERVICES
(bookings made 2 weeks to
1 month before the wedding)
Turn-over of the initial preparations made by
the couple at least one month before the wedding. Endorsement
of all contracts with couple’s booked suppliers. Checking and
follow-up of all booked suppliers. Tie loose ends and make sure
all arrangements are carried out smoothly during the Actual
Wedding Day.
III.
TURN-OVER COORDINATION
SERVICES
(bookings made 2 to 6 months
before the wedding)
This type of service are
for couples who have already booked the Church and reception
but needs to turn-over the initial preparations at least
four to six months before the wedding. C & C will assume full
responsibility after endorsement of all contracts with booked
suppliers. Checking and follow-up of all booked suppliers. Recommendations
for missing suppliers and facilitation of necessary booking
arrangements. Tie loose ends and make sure all arrangements
are carried out smoothly during the Actual Wedding Day.
IV.
FULL COORDINATION
SERVICES
(9 to 24 months before the
wedding)
This type of service is highly
recommended to couples who do not have the luxury of time to
plan their own wedding. Full assistance is extended to the couple
from budget planning to supplier sourcing and actual booking
of all approved suppliers, church and reception venue.
Full coordination of all arrangements for the wedding. Submission
of guidelines, reminders and full information regarding church
and legal requirements. Carrying out of all arrangements approved
by the couple to ensure a smooth and well organized wedding.
This service is a totally stress-free wedding planning from
Day 1 to the Big Day.
As soon as
you have decided which type of service would be most appropriate
